Both teams have overwhelmed their opponents with Team USA outscoring other teams 40-2 and Canada doing even better at 46-2.
With the haunting loss from the 2006 Turin Games where the USA team lost to Sweden, there was no chance of a repeat. The USA womens hockey team made up for the four year horror memory with a high scoring routing of the Sweden team.
Even with both teams playing well, Canada is still favored to win the gold medal at this years Vancouver games.
The bronze medal will be determined in the game to be played Thursday between Sweden and Finland.
